From here you can register your company using a secure login, then you will be able to create, edit, save, print and send electronic Proposal Forms for insurance purposes.
Just follow the 5 easy steps to register then by choosing a business description category you will be able to create an electronic Proposal Form.
Your details will be stored on a fully protected secure server and by logging on you can access the form at any time to update & proceed to obtain a quotation as and when required.
When the Proposal Form has been fully completed you can save it, print it and send it electronically to MPS Risk Solutions in order to provide a quotation for cover.
On receipt of your completed form we will either provide you with a quotation by email within 24 business hours or if we need any additional information we will telephone you on receipt of the form.
Should you decide to proceed with cover we will ask you to print off the declaration on the last page of the form, sign it then email or fax it to us so we can arrange cover.
